Civil Degree Posts: Degree in Civil Engineering from a legally established university, recognised institution or an equivalent qualification accepted under the official rules.

Mechanical/Electrical Diploma Post: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution or an equivalent qualification accepted under the official rules.
Candidates must have practical knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan culture. Final-year candidates may apply, but they must obtain the required qualification by the examination date.
