Unlike the basic result PDF that only displays the roll numbers of qualified candidates, the official scorecard provides a detailed analytical breakdown of your performance. When you download your document, verify the following details:

• Raw Marks: Your actual score calculated directly from the final verified answer key for both Paper I and Paper II.
• Normalized Score: Because the examination is often handled in multiple shifts, RSSB applies a statistical normalization formula to ensure fairness. Your final qualification relies on this normalized score.
• Cut-off Margin: Reviewing your marks allows you to see exactly how far above (or below) you are from the final cut-off required for your specific category (UR, OBC, SC, ST, EWS).

Phase II Preparation: What Shortlisted Candidates Must Do Now

If your scorecard confirms your qualification, your focus must immediately shift to the Phase-II Typing and Efficiency Test. The final merit list will combine your written marks and Phase II performance. Do not wait for the official dates to begin practice:

• Typing Test (Hindi & English): RSSB typing tests require strict accuracy. For Hindi, candidates are traditionally tested on the Devlys 010 or Kruti Dev 010 font layout. Ensure you are practicing on a standard mechanical keyboard, not a laptop keyboard.
• Efficiency Test: This segment evaluates your practical knowledge of word processing software (typically MS Word). You will be given tasks such as formatting specific paragraphs, creating tables, adjusting line spacing, and applying headers/footers within a strict time limit.
